Coming to America: Stories of Immigration from Richmond’s Jewish Community

Please join the Richmond Jewish Community on Sunday, February 16th for a first-hand look into their rich immigration history as well as a discussion about immigration issues in Richmond today. Speakers will include members of the Jewish community who will share their families’ immigration stories, as well as a Guatemalan immigrant whose family has been affected by the broken immigration system. The event will include a preview of the upcoming documentary on Soviet Jews in Richmond, Draw Back the Curtain.
