This new book by Schrag and Schoenholtz discusses the results of a three-year study of trends and disparities in asylum adjudication by the Department of Homeland Security, including studies of databases and personal interviews. The authors will discuss their fascinating findings and share their personal insights into the realities of asylum adjudication.
