Supreme Court to rule on Obama’s DACA/DAPA programs

This morning the Supreme Court announced that it will take up Texas vs. U.S., which challenges the legality of President Obama’s executive actions aimed at protecting more than four million undocumented immigration from deportation through 920x920Deferred Action for Parental Accountability (DAPA) and Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA).  Click here to read an earlier blog post about Texas vs. U.S. Arguments are expected to begin in April, with a decision in late June.
